This past Comic Con, a rather intriguing panel was shown. Now, this panel is usually a stapel of the Con, but... this time it was a bit different. The guests were some of the biggest names in fantasy. The only thing that could've been better was if Robert Jordan, or perhaps Tolkien himself were there. :( RIP, both of them. Some kind soul over at http://sf-fantasy.suvudu.com/2011/07/sdcc-2011-video-panel-putting-the-epic-into-epic-fantasy.html had the generosity of recording the conference for those of us not fortunate enough to attend. Unfortunately, they only have the first half hour, but.... that's good enough for now. Do enjoy.
